This covid PoCus registry facilitates early identification of worsening cardiac function in covid19 patients by serving as a repository of images.

Changes in cardiac function over time and findings of CV abnormalities associated with COVID-19 facilitate diagnoses, aide in image recognition when there is poor imaging resolution compared with systems used for comprehensive TTE, helping to limit missed findings from operator inexperience, and may help in deciding when to convert the POCUS to a comprehensive examination if need be.
